Hello, I'm Nicole, owner and instructional designer at NCR Consulting.  Our goal at NCR is to help you create fun and engaging learning that gets you results.  Whether you want us to develop part of a training, all of a training, or project manage a deadline, we can help you.  We love to facilitate or create something you can own and deliver yourself.  It's important to us to meet your needs in a way that helps you to achieve your goals…unless your goal is to learn by sitting in a lecture of slides for hours and hours…in that case, we hope to steer you in a new direction.
