Our philosophy is simple.  Make training fun, practical, and real life.  We may all learn in different ways, but we all learn best when training is adapted to meet our needs and priorities in a way we can apply to our benefit.  This is what makes the difference between an effective learning experience and a waste of time.

While the details of our training process vary from project to project, a core set of steps remains consistent to help make your training an ACE.

Analyze:

How will we know where to go tomorrow if we don't know where we are today?  We won't know or go.  This is why upfront research and decisions are critical to shaping what your training will look like in the end.  We will have in depth conversations up front to find out what participants need and want so that we can make training fun, practical, and applicable to their real lives.  We also will decide what participants need to be able to actionably do (not just understand or know) after leaving the training and how we will measure their success at doing these things. 

Create:

Once we have a solid plan and task list in place, we start designing and developing your training to meet your needs, relate to your objectives, and help you to achieve your actionable goals.  We'll involve you along the way as much or as little as you'd like.

Evaluate:

We build it for success, so let's make sure the training and results meet your pre-determined definition of success for this educational experience.  We test it out as we go in a variety of ways and make adjustments as needed.
